56 Clerk, Assistant, Manager in the Cooperative Banks of the State



There will be 56 clerks, bank assistant, assistant manager, assistant cum cashier cum supervisor, accounts assistant, junior office assistant, field supervisor and junior assistant in 6 co-operative banks and 1 co-operative credit society in the state. The West Bengal Co-operative Services Commission will select the candidates. Notification number: 01/2020. Any Indians of the following qualifications can apply.

Vacancies: Serial Number 1: Clark Grade Three (Murshidabad District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.): 13 (Unprotected 6, Tapshili Nation 3, Tapshili Tribes 1, OBC A2, OBC B1).

Serial Number 2: Bank Assistant Grade Three (Burdwan Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.): 34 Unsecured 18, Tapashili Nation 7, Tapashili Tribes 2, OBC A4, OBC B3).

Serial Number 1: Assistant Manager Grade Two B (North 24 Parganas Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd.): 2 (Unsecured 1, OBC B1).

Serial Number 4: Assistant Cum Cashier Cum Supervisor Grade Three (Howrah District Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd.): 2 (Unprotected 1, Tapashili Nation 1).

Serial Number 1: Accounts Assistant (West Bengal Secondary Education Board Employees Credit Co-operative Society Limited): 1 (Unsecured).

Serial Number 6: Junior Office Assistant (Khadorah Co-Operative Bank Ltd.): 2 (unsecured).

Serial Number 7: Field Supervisor (Male) Grade Three (Growing Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd.): 1 (Tapestry Nation) and Junior Assistant (Female) Grade Three (Growing Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development): 1 (OBC A1).

Age Limit: As of January 1, 2020, the age should be between 18-40 years. Candidates of reserved category will get exemption from age limit as per rules.

Qualifications: Basic Computer Knowledge with a Bachelor's Degree in any branch (Must have done at least 6 months computer course from a recognized institution).

Salary: Tk 21,559 for Clerk, Rs 25595 for Bank Assistant, Rs 17525 for Assistant Manager, Assistant Com Cashier as Supervisor, 19047, Accounts Assistant rank 25640, Junior Officer Assistant rank Rs. 20000 per month and then Rs. 25068 and in the first three years of the post of Junior Assistant (Female) 20000 per month and 24968 later in the month.

Candidate selection process: Candidates will be selected through written examination, computer tests and verification of documents. There will be two papers in the written test, in Paper One, Multiple Choice Type Question of 100 - Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Awareness, time will be 1 hour 30 minutes, negative marking. Qualifying Marks 30. Paper Two English and Bangla language, 100 marks test, time 1 hour 30 minutes. If you pass the written test, you will be called for computer tests and interviews. Admit card should be downloaded from the website periodically for examination.

Examination Fee: Rs 200 (Exam fee Rs 100 + Processing fee Rs 40). The applicants of the caste / tribe candidates will have to pay only Tk 40 for processing fee. In all cases there will be an extra service charge along with the application fee. Fees can be paid through debit card / credit card / net banking.
